Since 2010, in addition to dealing in real estate we also offer wonderful houses, villas and apartments for long term rental.

Long term rental in Majorca is in vogue. More and more clients are choosing this flexible alternative to buying, or are renting the desired object before they purchase it. Particularly in demand are apartments in the island's capital Palma and in the well known resorts on the coast, and detached houses, villas and fincas in the countryside. Our solvent clients come mainly from the German-speaking countries, as well as from the UK and Scandinavia.

Due to increasing demand, we are now seeking dedicated property consultants to work on an independent basis for long term rentals in Mallorca.

Your tasks:

As a real estate consultant you form the interface between the property owners, prospective clients and your colleagues. You acquire new properties, organize professional property recording, create Exposé texts and keep the owners regularly informed of all marketing activities.

From the central customer management, you receive prepared customer inquiries for long term rental, you contact the prospective clients, and you assist them in finding the right property. To do that you organize viewings and take care of all the issues of the customers. With your extraordinary service and support readiness you professionally accompany your clients until the signing of the lease contract and beyond (after-sales service).

Your profile:
  • Very good Spanish and English language skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Southeast region.
  • Enjoy contact with people.
  • Neat appearance with very good manners.
  • Experience in sales and/or the real estate industry.
  • Responsible individual commitment, loyalty and customer orientation.
  • Car and laptop.
