New franchise partner and shop-opening in Santa Maria – Porta Mallorquina strengthens the region central Mallorca

Nicole Neipp and Roland Schepp, two experienced business people, have joined Porta Mallorquina as franchise partners for the sales region central Mallorca. The two business economists have been independently employed in Germany for 15 years, and in 2017 they decided to move their centre of life to Mallorca.

Since spring 2019 Roland Schepp and Nicole Neipp have been Porta Mallorquina franchise partners for the central Mallorca region.

During their search for a suitable property both fell in love with the heart of Mallorca – the centre of the island.

Characterised by wine growing and agriculture this region offers real Mallorca feeling away from the swarms of tourists, but still being within easy reach of Palma and the sea.

The weekly markets of the area are very popular with the locals, and the largest takes place on Wednesdays in Sineu, the unofficial capital of the island centre.

Not quite as big but, due to its colourful diversity no less popular is the market in Santa Maria del Cami which takes place every Sunday morning on the market square, the Placa Nova.

New real estate shop in Santa Maria

Situated directly on the market square is the Porta Mallorquina real estate shop, Placa Nova 24 in Santa Maria del Cami. From the 4th November 2019 Nicole Neipp and Roland Schepp and their team will be pleased to welcome clients.

”The Placa Nova was our ideal location – every Sunday there is lots of activity here, and the market is very popular with locals and visitors alike. Our shop will, of course, also be open on Sunday mornings when the market takes place”, enthuses Roland Schepp. In spring 2020, coinciding with the opening of the season, the couple plan a customer event for the catalogue presentation 2020.

Idyllic villages and pure nature

The two Swabians love ‘their’ region above all for its largely still untouched nature, the possibilities for hiking and bike tours in the Tramuntana mountains, and the villages with their typical Mallorcan charm such as Alaro, Binissalem, Sineu or Selva.

The couple came upon Porta Mallorquina during their own search for a property.

”The customer service and the high visibility in the internet convinced us. When looking for a property it is impossible to miss Porta Mallorquina”,

Nicole Neipp recalls. Whilst looking for a possibility to start a business in Mallorca, and real estate being their passion the two entrepreneurs got into contact with the company’s head office, and in March 2019 signed a franchise contract for the central region of Mallorca.
