On 14 May 2026, the big day finally arrived: we officially opened our new Porta Mallorquina sales office in Santanyí with a successful opening ceremony. Together with numerous guests, we were able to celebrate this special milestone for the south-east of Mallorca.
We were delighted by the fantastic response and the large number of visitors who accepted our invitation. Our guests included long-standing partners from other estate agencies, lawyers, architects and photographers who work with us, as well as prospective buyers and clients who have already found their dream property in Mallorca through us. We were particularly delighted by the attendance of many property owners who have placed their trust in us and whose exclusive villas, fincas and flats we are currently marketing.
Numerous colleagues from across the entire Porta Mallorquina team were also present, making the day a truly special occasion. Manuel Reitmeier, CEO of our licensor, Homes & Holiday AG from Munich, also travelled to Santanyí specifically for our opening. In a pleasant atmosphere, we enjoyed many interesting conversations, made new contacts and gained valuable inspiration for future joint projects.
Since January 2026, the new franchise partners Katrin and Tobias Dangl have been managing the new sales office for the south-east Mallorca region. With great dedication, in-depth market knowledge and personalised advice, they assist property owners and prospective buyers with all matters relating to the sale and purchase of high-quality properties in the region’s most sought-after locations – from Santanyí and the coast to the most beautiful spots in the south-east of the island.
The successful opening ceremony confirms the new branch’s successful launch and underlines the importance of a strong local presence.
