On 14 May 2026, the big day finally arrived: we officially opened our new Porta Mallorquina sales office in Santanyí with a successful opening ceremony. Together with numerous guests, we were able to celebrate this special milestone for the south-east of Mallorca. With a wealth of experience, a passion for real estate and a deep connection to the region, the couple are now returning to the southeast, an area they have known well for many years. German couple Katrin and Tobias Dangl have been living in Spain for 19 years now, including several years in Mallorca, more specifically in Llucmajor.
