German couple Katrin and Tobias Dangl have been living in Spain for 19 years now, including several years in Mallorca, more specifically in Llucmajor. Their professional career at Porta Mallorquina began nine years ago, during which time they have been successful in both sales and rentals. In addition, Katrin Dangl gained valuable experience in various head office activities before consciously deciding to focus entirely on sales again.
The southeast of Mallorca is not new territory for the Dangl family: they have worked in this region for many years, looking after numerous clients and building up a strong network. Taking over the franchise region therefore not only represents a new career step for them, but also a return to their ‘old’ territory, which is particularly close to their hearts.
With great motivation and clear goals, Katrin and Tobias Dangl want to successfully continue and sustainably expand the Southeast region. A central component of their strategy is to build a strong and committed sales team with at least five independent sales consultants, including themselves. They attach great importance to teamwork, regional market knowledge and personal, professional customer service.
Katrin and Tobias Dangl will continue to be actively involved in sales and rentals in the future. Their many years of experience, combined with their proximity to the market and customers, create the best conditions for the successful further development of the Southeast franchise region.
