Despite the current lockdown, Porta Mallorquina continues to expand its presence on the island. Its new real estate shop is located in Carrer de Son Thomas 2, Calvià, in the well-known Son Bugadelles business park which is situated between Portals Nous and Santa Ponsa. Spring 2020 – Mallorca's economy suffers massively from the effects of the Corona Pandemic. Market study real estate Mallorca 2019 – prices still rise

The STI Centre for Real Estate Studies (CRES) investigated the holiday real estate market in Mallorca for the fifth time in a row. The only independent market study for Mallorcan real estate was once again commissioned by the real estate agency Porta Mallorquina Real Estate.
