Porta Mondial opens first real estate shop in Menorca

Foreigners are increasingly discovering the holiday property market of Mallorca's little sister. On the 30.07.2018 Porta Mondial officially opened its newest real estate shop in the island's capital. Accompanied by fingerfood and live music from the well-known local band Paolo and the Peas around 100 guests celebrated at the Avenida Fort de L'Eau 175 in the centre of Mahón until the evening hours. Ramon Fritz Navarro is happy about the new location: „Our real estate shop is located on the roundabout which leads to the old town and the harbour. Customers can park conveniently and there are lots of shops, banks, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood“. Successful opening in Puerto de Andratx

On Friday the 26th of May the new Porta Mallorquina team in Puerto de Andratx officially presented their new business premises on Calle Isaac Peral, 28 and invited customers, friends and neighbours to a glass of cava, Mallorcan wine and tapas as well as other typical island specialties. Art meets property in the pedestrian zone Around 100 invited guests turned up for the event, including Porta Mallorquina founder and CEO Joachim Semrau. In 2003 she moved with her family to the Dominican Republic where she worked for the American estate agent chain Coldwell Banker. On 16th August the real estate provider opened its new estate agency in Pollensa. Porta Mallorquina opened its eighth office on 16th August in Pollensa. John van Eenennaam, born in Vlissingen, Netherlands, has been living in Majorca’s capital, Palma, since 1991. Before moving into real estate, he was involved in the import and export of leather goods and footwear. Since 2005 he has been working as an estate agent in southwest Majorca. In 2012 he acquired the Southwest II franchise licence from Porta Mallorquina and, in June last year, he opened an estate agency on Boulevard Santa Ponsa. Together with his team (Ursula Gassner, Dieter Linder, Natalie de la Piedra and Corinna Schmid) he is responsible for the areas of Portals and Santa Ponsa.
