Porta Mallorquina sales volume increased significantly in 2021

With the lifting of the travel restrictions, the breakthrough finally came. In May 2021, Porta Mallorquina registered a record number of over 700 enquiries per month, and the level in June was also significantly higher than the usual average. This high demand is also reflected in the positive sales figures. As of 30.06.2021, the subsidiary company of the listed Homes & Holiday AG reported a sales volume of 81.6 million euros including existing option contracts, and so already exceeds the total volume of 2020 after only six months, an amount of 65.2 million euros. Porta Mallorquina increases turnover

Real estate business flourishes despite pandemic Concrete gold remains a popular currency even in times of crisis. Represented all over the island, Porta Mallorquina Real Estate reports an 11 percent increase in sales volume during the last financial year, while the commission made on property sales rose by 8 percent overall. The average sales price for houses was around 980,000 euros and for apartments 362,000 euros. The most expensive property sold was a villa in Andratx, which changed hands for 6.8 million. Porta Mallorquina opens new real estate shop in Santa Ponsa

Market study real estate Mallorca 2019 – prices still rise

The STI Centre for Real Estate Studies (CRES) investigated the holiday real estate market in Mallorca for the fifth time in a row. The only independent market study for Mallorcan real estate was once again commissioned by the real estate agency Porta Mallorquina Real Estate. Market study holiday property market Mallorca 2018

Since 2015 the STI Centre for Real Estate Studies (CRES) has been investigating the holiday property market in Mallorca on behalf of Porta Mallorquina Real Estate. For the annual market analysis the researchers analysed around 4.500 holiday-property offers from the five biggest brokers on the island. Every third property offered for sale is situated in the south-west, a fact which has not changed for years. Significantly higher is, however, the number of real estate offers in the middle of the island – around 12% of properties are located in the centre of Mallorca, one of the few regions of the island not so effected by the selling boom of the previous year.
