There is underfloor heating (oil central heating) adjustable in every room as well as air conditioning. The sturdy cover of the pool protects it from bad weather and avoids that small children fall into the pool.

In the pitched roof of the living room are skylights with electric shutters that can be adjusted to the desired lighting of the room only by pressing one bottom. The roof and the walls have been insulated. Furthermore there are: a video interphone system, double-glazed wooden doors and windows from Germany, alarm system as well as mosquito nets at all windows.

This small but nice country property offers everything a luxury property needs, but without showing off.
