We are now looking for an intern (m/f) for a period of four to 6 months to support our sales office in Palma de Mallorca
.
Your responsibilities:
- Independent Exposé preparation
- Generation of location texts
- Processing of individual projects, initially team-supporting, later independent
- Customer management support
- Multilingual contact with clients and owners
- Supporting daily office work
- Appointment coordination
- Support during the recording and inspection of the property
- Support in the organisation of the sales processes
- Answering incoming telephone calls
Your profile:
- Study of real estate management, real estate economics, business administration or linguistic studies with business/commercial content are preferable
- Good knowledge of German, and English or Spanish
- Secure working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong internet affinity and IT-knowledge.
- Responsible, independent work ethic and professional appearance.
- Compulsory or voluntary internship as part of the studies
