There is no more exciting market segment in Mallorca,&#8221;<\/em> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">says Markus Schreurs who has been commuting regularly to Mallorca for many years and is well acquainted with the island. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">His partner, Karl-Georg Hermann, adds: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>&#8220;centred on a relatively few square kilometres is the highest-quality real estate that Mallorca has to offer.
