The luxury area\u2019s portfolio comprises just 4 roads with villas and enjoys great popularity because of its <strong>prominent location<\/strong>, <strong>good transport links and excellent infrastructure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the immediate vicinity are golf courses, beaches, sporting facilities, marinas, numerous shops, restaurants and bars. The capital <strong>Palma de Mallorca is close<\/strong>, accessible via the nearby highway within minutes.
