One of Majorca\u2019s most enchanting beaches, <em>\u201cPlaya de Muro\u201d<\/em>, the best bays for every kind of water sport (<a title=\"Puerto Pollensa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.portamallorquina.com\/property\/sale\/puerto-pollensa\/\" target=\"_blank\">Puerto Pollensa<\/a> Bay, for example, enjoys cult status with kite surfers), extensive mountain and green landscapes for cyclists and walkers, etc. \u2013 and it\u2019s all just half an hour away from Palma de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<h2>Available properties in the north<\/h2>\n<p>The choice of properties in this region is equally varied and exceptionally attractive. There are wonderful properties directly overlooking the sea, as well as appealing villa developments with fantastic views such as \u201cLa Font\u201d near Pollensa or \u201cBonaire\u201d and country estates in the valleys of \u201cVall d\u00b4en March\u201d and\u201cVall de Colonya\u201d and in the hinterland around the pretty hamlets of \u201cCampanet\u201d or \u201cBuger\u201d, offering \u2013 but it\u2019s the north that I have come to love,\u201d says Sebastian Boelger who, after many years of market experience in North Majorca has now taken over this region on behalf of Porta Mallorquina, in the role of Managing Director.<br \/>\nAs such, there will be an estate agency opening coming up soon. \u201cWe still have to find the right location \u2013 probably either at
