Around 160 guests came on Friday 15th<\/sup> June 2018 to the Carrer Andratx no. 30<\/strong> to celebrate, in beautiful weather, the official opening of the Porta Mallorquina real estate shop in Portals Nous<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Franchise partner Mirjana Antic and Timo Weibel<\/strong> were delighted by so much positive response: ”Unbelievable how many people came to see us, although Spain was playing agains Portugal!” they\u00a0 enthused. Although the national team could only manage a draw, Porta Mallorquina was the winner of the evening as in great spirits the guests enjoyed the balmy summer evening entertained by hot DJ music.<\/p>\n

Central location in Portals Nous<\/h2>\n

The stylish, all-white shop with the well-known green Porta Mallorquina logo is centrally situated on the main street of Portals Nous.<\/p>\n

Right opposite a street leads to the luxury harbour of Puerto Portals<\/strong> which has made the area a synonym for luxury and lifestyle on the island.<\/p>\n

Franchise partners expand with a second licence<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Mirjana Antic and Timo Weibel it is already the second sales region they have taken over as Porta Mallorquina franchise partners.<\/a> They currently sucessfully manage the sales region south-east with a real estate shop in Santanyi<\/strong>. The region Portals Nous, which stretches from Cas Catala to Palma Nova<\/strong>, complements their portfolio ideally.<\/p>\n

”In the south-east our clients can find a large selection of\u00a0 high quality fincas with ample land and sweeping views, while the region of Portals Nous presents a wide range of\u00a0 first sea-line properties and has a strong real estate market”.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Hotspot for luxury real estate<\/h2>\n

The region around Portals Nous<\/a> is at the top of the price range, and particularly in Bendinat<\/a> and Costa d’en Blanes<\/a> the property prices in the south-west go even higher. For this the clients enjoy all the advantages that Mallorca has to offer \u2013 wonderful sea views, perfect infrastructure and only a short distance from Palma.<\/p>\n

Portals Nous in particular attracts many yacht owners to the region where the public is more international than, for example, Puerto Andratx<\/a> which is primarily popular with Germans. Around 200 properties<\/strong> make up the current real estate offers in the region, and prices vary from around \u20ac300.000 for apartments to a 14 million euro luxury villa in Bendinat<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Three shops in the south-west, nine locations in Mallorca<\/h2>\n

“Our customers search as a rule along the entire coast from Cas Catala to Puerto Andraitx”, confirms Mirjana Antic.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For that reason the five-member team from Portals Nous works together closely with the other franchise partners in the south-west.<\/p>\n

IPO parent company<\/h2>\n

In spite of tight schedules due to the imminent IPO of the parent company of Porta Mallorquina, the Homes & Holiday AG, Porta Mallorquina founder Joachim Semrau<\/strong> did not miss the opportunity\u00a0 to congratulate his team personally, and to wish them much success.<\/p>\n

With the nine locations<\/strong> the expansion of the group in the Balearics is not at an end. The next opening date has already been announced \u2013 in mid-July Menorca’s first real estate shop<\/a> will open in the island capital of Mahon.<\/p>\n
