Presently the finca is used as a vacational finca. The finca could also be used alternatively as a private residence. In the ground floor there is the living/ dining room with fireplace, the kitchen with store room and 3 bedrooms with bathroom en suite. In the first floor there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an individual apartment with 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom disposes of an own balcony. In the outside there is a swimming pool with a pool bar.

Location & surrounding area:
The rural S'Alquería Blanca lies in the southeast of the island, about 5 minutes by car away from the sea. It belongs to the municipality of Santanyí. Situated in a hilly location the large church is visible from a distance . About 800 inhabitants live in S'Alquería Blanca and around the village there are numerous beautiful fincas, embedded in the hills and lovely landscape.
