Hiding in a quiet side street of the south-western residential estate of Cala Murada, lies this comfortable villa on a very nicely layed out and fully walled-in tract of land. In just 10 minutes’ walk one reaches the nice sandy beach, the supermarkets and numerous restaurants.
Palm trees, pine, olive and lemon trees, as well as oleander and bougainvillea surround the property and the wonderful pool terrace with its roman swimming pool (10 x 5m).
The villa was built in a U shape and encloses a total 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. Furthermore, a generous, fully endowed kitchen, an open living-dining room and an office are integrated in the 300 sqm. The outdoor area opens out towards the + 100 sqm swimming pool terrace which is partly covered, and complemented with comfortable summer furniture. An inviting barbecue area is of course provided also.
The heating and hot water preparation has until now been partly carried out by gas-bottles and partly by electrical thermos. The water and electrical supplies both come from the main networks. Telephone and wireless internet are also already available.


Location & surrounding area:
Cala Murada at the east coast of the island belongs to the municipality of Manacor. It was founded in the sixties around a pretty sandy beach and constantly expanded. Actually it consists principally of chalet residential areas but of course you find also shops, hotels and restaurants.
