Outside the village of Porreres in the direction of Son Mesquida, the land is open with far reaching views. The property is located on almost 11,000m of land with views toward San Salvador and the Castillo del Santuari.

The house is powered with the latest and best quality solar system, and the national nets is available if desired. The house is built with double walls and insulation, the floors and all terraced areas are also insulated. The water from the depuration unit suffices for all garden needs and the house has a 20,000 m cistern. A deep-water well can be dug for if desired.

The house has been designed by a well respected mallorquian architect and has a very modern, minimalistic, open-plan character with large windows letting in lots of light. On entering the house the kitchen dining area is to the right. The sitting area is straight ahead, which leads out onto the terrace. There are two large bedrooms to the left sharing a full bathroom with shower unit.

The kitchen is fitted out with bright red units, black granite tops with Siemens appliances. The house is floored with live stone tiles and is heated by under-floor heating. There is a unique element in the centre of the house, which is the rusted sealed metal staircase. The carpentry in the entire house is teak and the craftsmanship is excellent.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom on suite with dressing room. The entire 100m of terrace can be extended into further living space if necessary.

There is a separate building of 80m which can be turned into a guest house if needed. The solar energy system is housed in a 20m house with top quality security locks and doors.

Porreres is situated in the south of the island. Thanks to the extension of the streets, you can reach Palma in between 30 minutes, also the beautiful sandy beach of Es Trenc. The village has two big churches and a centre full of bars and restaurants. The large amount of shops offer everything you need for your daily life. Porreres is also famous for various celebrations.
