This stylish house with tower was constructed in 2000 in a quiet residential area and in the year 2006 it was slightly renovated. On a totally constructed living area you can find the main house with two bedrooms, one bathroom two living rooms, kitchen and cellar as well as a separate apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom and a practical kitchen. In front of the house there is a swimming pool (5m x 10 m) and the large sun terrace (there is a total of 140 m2 terraced area) with BBQ and Carport. The house has central heating, telephone, ADSL and connections for TV.

Location & surrounding area:
Santanyí is situated a little bit away from the coast, in the south of the island and has about 7.000 inhabitants. Because of its proximity to the coast it was victim of numerous pirate attacks in the 16th century. The village was attacked three times and partially or totally burned, the population abducted for slavery. Today it is one of the most natural regions of the island.
