On the hank of a hill with views of up to 5 km over the plains of Mallorca, facing to the west, is this charming cottage style 120 sqm house.

Built in 1950 it has 60 sqm stone walls, cool in summer and warm in winter. There are two large bedrooms, one bathroom between the two and a 60 sqm living room. There are 19,000 sqm of land with this house so the property can be extended to up to 380 sqm. Because of the lay of the land the extension could be built on a lower level and thus be together but at the same tome very separate.

There are 50 different types of fruit trees. There is an allée of washingtonia palm trees up to the house from the gates. The land extends in a valley away from the house to the south. The land rises on the other side to a wall of huge megalithic stones bordering the extension of the land creating a beautiful space planted with trees. The finca is completely closed.

There is a generator at the moment as it has only ever been used as a hunting lodge, the electricity is not far away, about 900 m, and solar panels are also a possibility. There is a legalized artesian well, and lovely old trees near the house. It is a beautifully situated property with breathtaking views.

Petra is situated in the North of the Island, about 20 km away from the bay of Alcúdia. There are approx. 2.500 inhabitants. Petra is famous for its excellent vineyards and cellars and also for its patron saint, Fray Junípero Serra (1713 - 1784) who evangelized large parts of California (USA) and founded the cities Los Angeles and San Francisco among others.
