This finca is 2 km away from Artà and can be reached in only 2 mins. All building papers are acquired so that construction can start in summer 2008. This is an ideal location to build in order to have the super Mediterranean view of sthe village of Artà. The permit allows for 145 sq.m. of living area, a pool of 49 sq.m. and 68 sq.m. of small extra buildings that can be used as a summer kitchen of storage rooms. The sunny piece of land is closed in by stone walls (apart from the driveway) and has its own water source. Electricity can be obtained.

Location & surrounding area:
Artà is situated in the northeast of the island, a good part of the municipality is part of the natural park "Parque Natural de Llevant". It belongs to the few municipalities of Mallorca that still have natural wide sandy beaches. About 7000 inhabitants live in the 140 km2 large municipality area. The landmark, the church of Sant Salvador with its thick walls, looks proudly down to the village and can be seen for miles around.
