One of the oldest official rural hotels in Majorca

This rural hotel with its very rustic touch is located in the southeast of Majorca. The plot has about 38.000 m2, the usable surface has about 800 m2 and is divided up in different areas: 4 apartments with 1 and 2 bedroom, some living room and kitchen, and 4 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite. Currently there exists an official permission for 12 persons and another permission for 12 more persons is in the plans. Furthermore there is a large dining room with bar and fire-place, professional kitchen, a large store-room and an office. There are also private rooms: 3 bedrooms downstairs, 1 bedroom upstairs an a living room.

Location & surrounding area:
The finca is located in the southeast of the island, about 7 minutes away from the next town. To the airport and Palma you need about 45 minutes.In about 20 minutes by car you reach all beaches of the southeast coast, f.e. Es Trenc, but also less famous and smaller beaches.
