This large land holding with a plot of approx. 35.000 sqm is situated at the bottom of the mountain Tomir (of 1.100 altitude) between the villages Pollensa and Lluc.
When this property was built around 100 years ago, only the typically materials of the area have been used, such as natural stones for the terraces of approx. 500 sqm and for the access road of the finca.
The house has two floors, was renovated in 1990 and offers now a unadorned and rustic style with the high ceilings with beams, terracotta floors, compact walls and all the cabinetry, like doors, windows, wardrobes and the handrail is made of wood from the north.

From the terrace in front of the living area, stairs guides you to the pool level with the swimming pool of 14x6 meters. Around this area you find soft lawn, rosebushes and trees of citrus fruits. The own tennis court is only a 2 minutes walk far away.
Approx. 15.000 sqm of the whole plot have been left without fence, so that the wild animals could run around. The finca disposes of own water and has electric power supply and the connections for telephone and Internet.

Pollença is situated in the north of the island, embedded in the Tramuntana mountains, and is certainly one of the most beautiful villages of Mallorca. The dreamlike scenery unites the sea and the mountains. Traditions which are still alive, show the rich history of the village. Pollença was founded in 1229 by the Catalan conqueror Rey Jaume I, who brought Christianity to the island. Very famous is the Calvary-Mountain, an excursion destination to be reached by climbing up 365 stairs. The municipality of Pollença has about 13.000 inhabitants.
