Details:
The historical manor Castell Son Lladó has a moorish defence tower with a length of 15 m that stems from the 10 th century and is arguably one of the oldest conserved buildings. The manor was the recompense for the brothers Lladó who battled with the king Jaime I of Aragon. Today the manor has still an impressive size of the plot of 40 ha. Approximately 214.000 sq m were divided in individual plots from aprox. 15.000 sq m till to aprox. 30.000 sq m. Each plot has water, electricity and a request for preliminary planning permission. The owner is a German architect with a good reputation and will be a useful adviser to help the new owner to realise a delightful personal property. The building price is from 1.800 EUR/sq m. After the finishing of the houses there is a considerably after sale service like housekeeping, gardening etc. All plots will be accessed by an automatic gate. The whole project is also interesting for investors.
