This country house was built in 1988 and was refurbished lovely 4 years ago with high quality fittings.The 80th architecture spends the typical country house atmosphere. Apart from the main house there is a little and a spacious guest´s house with privacy as there are located separately. The beautiful cultivated garden has the charm of a mediterranean oasis. The sea and the typical cove-lined coast of the south east are reachable in few minutes like the famous villages Manacor, Felanitx, Porto Cristo or Cala D´Or with its specific shopping facilities. The golf course Vall d´Or Golf, one of the most beautiful golf courses on Majorca, is reachable in a 5 minutes drive.

Location & surrounding area:
Santanyí is situated a little bit away from the coast, in the south of the island, and has about 7.000 inhabitants. Because of its proximity to the coast it was victim of numerous pirate attacks in the 16th century. The village was attacked three times and partially or totally burned, the population abducted for slavery. Today it is one of the most natural regions of the island.
