Details:
This charming finca is situated in an idyllic quiet and nature-filled area. It was built in 1993 by mallorquins. The particular flair this property has is brought about by the driveway, the fruit trees, the pond with seats and olive trees.
There is a wonderful view of the cathedral, the castle of Artà and the surrounding hill landscape from the large terrace.
The terrace in front of the entrance was completely windowed, and there was a separate apartment built with a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom under the other open terrace.
The pool is 10x5 m large and surrounded by a lovely sun terrace with views of palm trees and agave trees.
The finca has its own well and cistern, open electricity, SAT TV, telephone and gas heating.
The land belonging to the property has a small Casita which can be expanded.
Location & surrounding area:
Artà is situated in the northeast of the island, a good part of the municipality is part of the natural park Parque Natural de Llevant. It belongs to the few municipalities of Mallorca that still have natural wide sandy beaches. About 7000 inhabitants live in the 140 km2 large municipality area. The landmark, the church of Sant Salvador with its thick walls, looks proudly down to the village and can be seen for miles around.
