The steps continue up the left side of he hpouse to a terraced garden with beautifully worked stone supporting walls. The path continues romantically up to a terraced area with a stone fireplace for open fire cooking or just warmth. This area extends over a view of the entire island of Mallorca. Breadthtalingly beautiful, with the orchestral sounds of nature all around.
The house has two large salons, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The building quality is very good and needs no restoration at all.

Alaró is a picturesque typical mallorcan village, which lies in the Tramuntana mountains. There one finds all services and shopping facilities. Palma is 20 minutes drive away.
