These holiday homes are situated at a distance of about 150 m from the sea in a residence of 6 terraced houses, approx. 900 m away from the village. Dreamlike views of the sea, the village of Colonia and Cap Ferrutx with its imposing mountain formation as well as views of Son Serra and the bay of Alcúdia can be enjoyed. Each house has a little garden with BBQ and shower reachable from outside as well as a cloakroom. The kitchen is built in typical Majorcan style and completely equipped. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a little room with sofa bed and the bathroom.

Location & surrounding area:
Colonia de Sant Pere lies in the municipality of Artà, the Majorcans call it the harbour of Artà. Wonderfully situated in front of the mountains of Mont Ferrutx, the village maintains the rhythm of the inhabitants, even in the summer it does not changes a lot. With the construction of the new harbour the village has grown but because of construction restrictions there are no big buildings or hotels. Unforgettable sunsets are memories of the visitors of this village.
