3 star aparthotel close to the sea

This nice aparthotel is situated in a privileged residential zone, only few metres from the sea. The complex consists of three buildings. The apartments are faced to south/ southeast and dispose of one bedroom with two beds and a fitted wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room with kitchenette and a television, two sofas that can be converted into beds with access to the balcony. All rooms are equipped with a heating system and air conditioning although the hotel is categorised as a 3 star hotel. In the ground floor there is the dining room, a professional kitchen, a bar, bar, a lounge and a roomy reception. There is a lift and an indoor swimming pool. From the ground floor there is an access to the spacious terraces that are equipped with marquees and a big swimming pool with sun terraces. The marina, the bars, the restaurants and the shops are very close to the hotel. In this area there are 4 golf courses. The zone is characterised by long beaches, large promenades and natural fields. The hotel is in operation.

The northeast of Majorca is characterised by the region that is called Llevant. The highest point of the mountains of the Serres de Llevant is the Puig Morei with 560 m. Artà and Capdepera are the oldest and still the biggest towns in the north. Cala Ratjada is the northeast point of the island and an important tourist village. In the innerside of the island of there is the famous city Manacar with its numerous shops. The coast of the east is famous by coast villages like Porto Christo or Cala Millor.
