The former stable were converted into a marvellous guest house with sauna and terrace. The main house with its conserved thick walls is distributed in the ground floor as it follows: there is a spacious dining room with American kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace, a guest toilet with shower and another bedroom/ office that ocuppies the half floor. On the first floor there is a landing area with a lounge and 2 double bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and another single bedroom with a shower bathroom. Features of the property include an oil central heating that is installed in the spacious celler. The guest house is equipped with a gas heating system. The garden offers a lot of shadowy spaces. You can recognize Capdepera from far away because of its castle and the medieval buildings which are inside the castle walls. A widely known medieval market takes place every year which is worth a visit. To the municipality of Capdepera belong also the villages Cala Ratjada, Cala Mezquida and Canyamel.
