This chalet was constructed in Cala Santanyí in the year 2006. The plot measures about 1.100 m2 and the usable space is about 280 m2. Location & surrounding area:
Santanyí is situated a little bit away from the coast, in the south of the island, and has about 7.000 inhabitants. Because of its proximity to the coast it was victim of numerous pirate attacks in the 16th century. The village was attacked three times and partially or totally burned, the population abducted for slavery. Today it is one of the most natural regions of the island. Cala Santanyí lies about 4 km away from the town and Cala Figueras and Cala Llombards are at the sea side.
