Near the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Antena and located on the edge of the renowned Calas de Mallorca residential estate, this well equipped bungalow offers around 55 sqm of living surface in the main building and a further 25 sqm in a separately accessible studio.
Terrace surfaces of around 70 sqm surround the bungalow and the studio, and even offer side views over the bay of Cala Antena.
The bright living-dining room is as all other rooms completely white in colour and present a comfortable, elegant seating combination and a capable kitchen (gas stove, electrical oven, fridge-freezer combination). From here one has access to the large side terrace with an own, shade-providing palm tree and to a further, somewhat smaller yet very inviting terrace. A double bedroom with fitted closets and a shower-bathroom are annexed to the back of the house.
The separate studio is accessed via some steps on one side of the home and this also boasts a nice terrace, offering plenty of space for relaxing.
A living room, a double bedroom and a shower-bathroom are available here as well for own use or may alternatively be used by guests. The bungalow is connected to the main power and local water networks, and may be air conditioned for warmth.



Location & surrounding area:
Calas de Mallorca is on the west coast between the yacht club of Porto Cristo and Portocolom, one of the nicest coast lines of Mallorca. The south-west part of the island does not have large tourist areas and therefore has much more of the original and rural Mallorca to offer. Calas de Mallorca is easily reached; 10 min from Manacor, the second largest city on the island with many shopping possibilities and markets, which is 30 min from the airport and Palma using the motorway.
North from Calas de Mallorca there is a vast nature reserve. In the outback there are many small mallorquin villages which can be visited on excursions and most of which also have good restaurants. The 2 loved swimming bays of Cala Domingos and Cala Antena are connected to Punta de n’Amer by a wonderful promenade with beautiful from of the cliffs.
The manageable town consists of some Hotels as well as housing areas with single family houses and other living spaces. There are many shopping possibilities with banks, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and cafés. For people who are sportier oriented there are tennis courts, mini golfs, bicycle rentals and the nearest golf course is 15 min away.
