This is a charming bungalow set at he foothills of the huge protective mountainbehind Pollenca in the direction of the port. It has been built by and enjoyed by an english couple for many years. It has an enclosed lawned garden encircling the house with a lily pond and an easily maintained garden. The house is very cosy and comfortable in the english style and has all the modern facilities for compfort and easy living. The kitchen is large and bright and the living area is a double room as a welcoming entrance space.

Pollença is situated in the north of the island, embedded in the Tramuntana mountains, and is certainly one of the most beautiful villages of Mallorca. The dreamlike scenery unites the sea and the mountains. Traditions which are still alive, show the rich history of the village. Pollença was founded in 1229 by the Catalan conqueror Rey Jaume I, who brought Christianity to the island. Very famous is the Calvary-Mountain, an excursion destination to be reached by climbing up 365 stairs. The municipality of Pollença has about 13.000 inhabitants.
