The idyllic natural stone built finca was constructed in 1880 and totally refurbished with passion in 2003. The refurbishment has conserved the original character of the country house. Apart from the facade of natural stone an a traditional finca arquitecture, the owner choosed fort he floors handmade terracotta tiles, an atmospheric oven in the ground floor heats also the first floor by the tubes and gives a comfortable room clima. The distribution of the constructed area of the main house that is arranged over two floors is as follows: the ground floor comprises kitchen, bathroom, store room, living/ dining room with access to the covered (aprox. 12 sq m) and the open terrace (aprox. 30 sq m). A staircase leads up from the living room up to the two bedrooms with a terrace of 15 sq m. The beautiful cultivated garden has fruit trees, antic roses, oleander, buganvilla, jasmine and more. The guest house comprises a living/ dining room, bathroom and a dou ble bedroom. Features of the property include: gas central heating, adjustable fireplace, fitted kitchen in the bedrooms, double glazed windows of mahogany wood.

Son Carrió is situated between Manacor and the east coast of Majorca, it can be recognised from a distance because of the large church. It seems to be a very sleepy village but it very popular among the tourists and habitants looking for tranquillity and its proximity to the sea.
