The hotel was refurbished in 2005/06 and disposes of 4 floors with 242 room in total. There are 3 individual bedrooms and 239 double bedrooms. There is foyer with reception and a safe, an exchange office and a lift. There is a cafeteria, a bar, a television room and a restaurant. Furthermore there is internet access and a medical service. The children are animated in the kiddie-club or can play alternatively on the children´s playground. This considerably holiday complex is situated in a marvellous residential area and the sand beach can be arrived in 15 minutes. In the surrounding there is an exclusive 18 holes golf course that offers fantastic views to the sea. The hotel is the only one that is in the neighbourhood. In a distance of 2 km there is a pleasant holiday resort with all their shopping facilities and interesting nightlife. Serveral times a day a shuttle service bring the clients to golf course and the village. The new Spa & Wellnes is the new relaxing zone in the hotel and was opened in the beginning of 2007. The spacious double bedrooms are equipped with complete bathrooms, hair dryer, air conditioning, safe, SA-TV, telephone. Each room disposes of a balcony. Some rooms offer fantastic views over the bay.

Location & surrounding area:
The north of Majorca was dicovered and civilized by the romanes. Alcúdia was the capital. Still today Alcúdia is named Alcúdia-Ciuadad. The same importance has Pollenca due to its port. Today Alcúdia possesses the most significant port. Apart from historic villages this zone is characterised by the mountains of the Tramuntana and the two bays of Alcúdia and Pollença. Between Can Picafort and Alcúdia there is one of the longest sand beaches of Majorca. The highlights of the northern landscape is Cap Formentor and the national park S´Albufera.
