This village house has a cottage character and was originally built in 1900, reformed in 2000 with many artistic details. The views from this property extend over the plains of Mallorca as far as the bay of Alcudia, to the towns of Buger, Muro and the mount of Santa Magdalena.

The little idyllically positioned village Moscari with direct access to the famous mountains Tramuntana belongs to the municipality of Selva and is situated in the zone of Raiguer. Inca the third biggest town of the island is reachable in few minutes by car. Its location is between Campanet and Búger. In 2006 it had 402 inhabitants.
