Details:
The freestanding and imposing villa was built by a spanish family around the year 1970, with solid, whole materials, and the two-floor house has a natural stone facing. In the year 1993, the villa was completely renovated down to the structural walls. The water, electrical and sewage systems have been replaced, and new heating and solar energy equipment also procured. A new video-intercom was installed, new aluminium windows with insulating glass and mosquito nets as well as aluminium roll down curtains.

A 4 by 9 mtr swimming pool was built on a plateau in front of the property, surrounded by a continuous terrace. A pool with an outside bar, sauna, toilet and fitness machines as well as a Jacuzzi also belong to the amenities of the nicely laid out villa’s outdoor area.

These may be set to provide for warm water, for the heating system, or for the swimming pool, and of course also to full performance, and so additionally, all areas can be provided by the previously mentioned gas boilers, as the corresponding gas tank contains 4000 Litres.

The living surface of the Villa encompasses 400sqm, with the additional 3 open terraces of around 16, 20, and 12 sqm as well as the 5 covered terraces outside the bedrooms.

The indoor surface area splits u into 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, one guest toilet, 3 kitchens, 2 generous living rooms, dining room, fire place room, as well a representative entrance hall.

The floors are laid with marble (Antigua), and the bathrooms with exclusive tiles and furniture.

Upon request, it is possible to segregate the home into three separate living spaces, these being two separate flats and an apartment, each with its own entrance.

In each living area, a built-in kitchen is to be found and in the apartment a small youth pantry also.

Highly valuable built-in closets are found in all bedrooms, and there is also an additional walk-in closet.

The whole property has been secured with an alarm system and a telephone-dialing appliance.

The complete plot of land (approx. 2,500sqm) is fenced in and has two electrically driven front gates.

The paths on the tract of land are all well lit and laid with natural broken stone.

The garden system is wonderfully laid out and planted with indigenous Mediterranean plants and palm trees, and the irrigation grid is automatic.
