This town house originally built 200 years ago has been completely restored in 2009. The quality of the materials is very loyal to the original style with revealed stone work, treated stone floors, parquet floors, oak kitchen top, and rusty colours in the patio. It is first class craftsmanship.
On entering the house there is a marble staircase to the left. Continuing on, there is the original stone neck of the water cistern, and it leads into the kitchen dining area. Miele and Franke fitted kitchen with big double glass doors leading out into the 30msq patio.
