This finca is situated only 1 km from Pollenca. The area is characterised by calmness and a unique scenery of mountained hills that are totally virgin. In the centre of the garden is the beautiful swimming pool that is surrounded by only some trees and appears as an oasis. Pollença is situated in the north of the island, embedded in the Tramuntana mountains, and is certainly one of the most beautiful villages of Mallorca. Pollença was founded in 1229 by the Catalan conqueror Rey Jaume I, who brought Christianity to the island. Very famous is the Calvary-Mountain, an excursion destination to be reached by climbing up 365 stairs. The municipality of Pollença has about 13.000 inhabitants.
