In the ground floor there is an open kitchen with with bar and eating area with fireplace, one double bedroom and a bathroom en suite, another bedroom with two single beds. In the first floor there is one bedroom with 2 individual beds and one bathroom en suite. Furthermore there is a garage that can be converted into an additional guest room.

Location & surrounding area:
Among other beaches, the very beautiful sandy beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Rapitá belong to the municipality of Campos. In prehistoric times Campos was already populated by people, the actual town walls originate from the middle age. You can still see five defence towers remaining of the times of pirate robberies. With a total surface of about 148 km2 and a population of about 6.500 persons it belongs to the mayor municipalities of Majorca.
