Finca close to the mountain of Randa

The finca is situated nearby the hill of Randa in an idyllic location. The rural architecture of the house is tasteful and harmonises with the nature. The inside of the house is bright and friendly. The house is divided by an apartment and two guest apartments that can be accessed separately. The equipment is solid and Mediterranean. All windows and doors are double vitrified and the floors are tiled. Furthermore there is a little house that currently is used as a store room. It is possible to convert it into an additional guest apartment. On the piece of land there are different trees like almond, orange, lemon and cherry trees. The outside is characterised tall palms and a big swimming pool of 12 x 6 m. Spacious terraces with shadow and sun give a perfect well-being in summer time.

Llucmajor is the most extended municipality of Majorca and is situated in the south of the island. It has about 20 000 inhabitants. Llucmajor is renowned because in 1349, the king of Majorca, Jaume III, lost a battle and his life against Pedro IV of Aragon, as a result, Majorca lost his independence.
