This Finca was completed in 2003 with much love and attention to detail. Ecological construction materials were used.

The main house has a tastefully designed entrance-patio. Its living area divides itself into a living room, a mallorquin kitchen, a dining room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all of which are on the ground floor.

The first floor has a tower room and a 50 sq.m. roof terrace which can be transformed into living area.

The garden has a salt-water pool and a 40 sq.m. porch with its outer kitchen and barbecue.

This finca is fit for the keeping of horse due to its neighbouring building. There is a 50 sq.m. stable with 2 boxes in it, as well as a 15 sq.m. workroom and a 40 sq.m. stone casita with a bathroom and oven.

There is 23000 sq.m. of land in total with various trees including old corrib trees.

The whole property is surrounded by an old mallorquin stone wall.


There is a wonderful round around view of the landscape which can never be built upon and of the mountains of Randa and Galdent.


Location & surrounding area:
In terms of surface area, Llucmajor is the largest municipal county on the island of Mallorca and is located in the south. Its population amounts to 20,000 inhabitants.
The small city includes 4 supermarkets, some well loved cafés and tapa-bas, and even a thrice-weekly fruit and vegetable market, taking place in the very recently renovated town centre, with its Plaza de España and the second largest church on the island.
The picturesque hill-location of Randa on the mountain of the same name, which is the most elevated point in the island’s centre, houses three sanctuaries, and is located slightly north of the town. Llucmajor has developed into an economic and popular residential location, due to the new motor-way connection to Palma.
The Marriott Son Antem Golf Resort and Spa, and nearby yacht clubs make Llucmajor an interesting and central location for planning pass-times and excursions.
The Es Trenc natural beach, one of the nicest on the island and with a Caribbean similarity, lies just 15 car minutes from Llucmajor.
