This nice and well conserved house is situated in the fourth line of the sea in a tranquil zone. The beach is arriveable in a walk of aproximately 5 minutes and can be accessed by a staircase of stone that leads to the bay. The property is completely delimited by a wall of natural stones. A fence gives privacy and protects the house against views from the outside. There is a little house, a so called casita, on the land. The open terrace was vitrified totally and has converted into a winter garden that is equipped with a warm and cold air conditioning. The living/ dining room corresponds with the american kitchen and is roomy and disposes of an access of a store room, washing machine room and a room for maintenance. The living area is on two levels that are divided by one step. An atmospheric fireplace characterises the living room. Furthermore there is a guest toilet in the ground floor. In the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with beds made of stone and a bathroom. From the balcony and terrace there is a nice overview of the property. All wooden windows are double vitrified and the drainpipes were completely renewed. The house disposes of an oil central heating system.

The picturesque Cala Llombards is situated in the south of Majorca, close to Santanyí and the village of Llombards. You will also find the beaches Mondragó and Figuera very close, whereas Cala Llombards is the quietest of them, and one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. The village breathes peaceful tranquillity. To reach Santanyí you need about 5 minutes, there are the best shopping possibilities.
