Details:
In the centre of Banyalbufar, in an alley below the church, you find this in 1938 built house. When entering you can feel the character. All the details as for example, the antic tiles, the wooden unadorned doors and the stonewall kitchen with different pantries, leads one to suspect the habit in the former time. From the sole little terrace in the first floor you look towards the endless expanding sea. One living room and two bedrooms share this floor. Three more bedrooms are situated in the second floor and the huge garret with approx. 56 sqm with a column in the middle seems to be a loft. From nearly all the rooms you have fantastic sea views.
Location & surrounding area:
The old town of Banyalbufar which is bathed in country side and surrounded by terraces can be found on the northwest coast of Mallorca. In 2007 it had 591 inhabitants. Due to its location the villagers had to protect themselves from pirate and Arab invasions; this gives it its name. This is the reason for the existence of the war tower which today forms the town’s emblem and makes it a nice destination. Here one finds the original side of Mallorca and light tourism. Many pinewoods, a fantastic view of the sea, a steep coast due to geographical conditions and a small bay with a beach attract the more nature inclined visitors of the island.
