This town house in the charming village of Sencelles was built in 1800. It was completely reformed in 2003.
There are beautiful views across the rooftops of the village to the mountains of the Tramuntana. On the aprox. 100 sqm plot there is aprox. 150 sqm of living space with aprox. 25 sqm. patio.
On entering the house we have the living room, leading into the dining area and on to the kitchen, all open space. On the left is the staircase, and towards the patio is a cosy breakfast room with glass door on to the patio. There is a small room and a bathroom at the back of the patio.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom on suite with a freestanding cast iron enamelled bath and views over the mountains. There is another bedroom to the front of the house and the staircase to the second floor rises in the middle of the house.

Sencelles is a large community in the wine-growing area of Majorca. The village offers wonderful views to the Tramuntana mountains. Inca, the third largest town in Majorca, is 8 minutes drive away and Palma centre is 20 minutes.
