House with two apartments in tranquil area

The house is situated in a tranquil street of Porto Cristo. Nevertheless the situation is central. The marina and the beach can be arrived in a walk of only 5 minutes. In the ground floor there is a garage and a bathroom. In the first and the second floor there are two apartments (1 on each level). Each one measures 80 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and a balkony. From the balkony there is a fantastic view to the green zone that is in opposite to the building.

Location & surrounding area:
Porto Cristo on the east coast is a natural harbour and served Manacor in past times. In summer time it is very lively, in winter the town comes back to be the little fishing-village. The area is famous for the numerous caves which in earlier times played an important role when pirates attacked. Today they are one of the main tourist attractions of the island.
