The historic village house is situated below of one of the oldest castles of Majorca that is a former convent school from 1790 in the medieval village of Capdepera. The thick walls protect against the heat in the summer and hold the heat of the chimney in the winter. The interior architecture is a tasteful mix of a classical majorquin style and modern elements. The ground floor disposes of three living rooms, an open fireplace, kitchen and a guest toilet. The first floor disposes of 3 bedrooms, one dressing room and 2 bathrooms. Behind the house there is the garden with a spacious terrace and grass, an historic well, a bed of spices and floors, grapevines, fig trees, a lemon tree and a palm. There is a little storehouse for the gardening tools and firewood. On the terrace there is a sitting grot and a barbecue and more seating-accomodation. The house is situated in the centre of the village and gives the totally calmness.

You can recognize Capdepera from far away because of its castle and the medieval buildings which are inside the castle walls. A widely known medieval market takes place every year which is worth a visit. To the municipality of Capdepera belong also the villages Cala Ratjada, Cala Mezquida and Canyamel
